Accounts and progress

A player account stores the virtual balance, game records, level, friends and messages. Signing in on another device can invalidate the earlier active session to reduce conflicting account use.

Games and multiplayer

Neon Poker includes Texas Hold’em cash games and tournaments, blackjack, European roulette and slots. Supported games provide single-player, public multiplayer or private-table modes.

Virtual economy

Virtual chips and gold are game values. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside supported in-game functions or withdrawn to a payment account.

Technical support

Use a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. If a game becomes stuck, return to the home screen, reload once and create a support ticket if the problem remains.
